The most important thing for us is the wellness and heath of our customers. Especially those who suffer from food intolerances like coeliac disease, and often are not able to enjoy a good ice-cream safely.
We produce our gluten free ice-cream following a specific protocol, preservation and administration ad hoc to eliminate any potential risks for customers with allergies or gluten intolerances.
We use natural gluten free ingredients, products that have been certified as gluten free by production companies and we respect the relative distribution and non-contamination procedures. Our gluten free ice-cream is kept in separate and closed freezers and is served with separate scoops so that any risk of contamination is avoided. We are extremely careful regarding hygenic and are happy to provide any further information to our customers. Wafers and cones are also kept in separate containers and away from the ice-cream freezers.
Thanks to all of this and a wide range of flavours specifically created for gluten intolerant customers, our ice-cream parlour has been added to the AIC (Italian celiac association) list.
